PhilosophyEvery exercise is informed by a researched minimum effective dose. BaselineBody delivers exactly that, nothing more. Health should be a quiet background state, not a project you manage.
ResearchInformed by peer-reviewed studies published in Nature Medicine, The Lancet Public Health, and Sports Medicine on minimal-dose exercise, mortality reduction, and cardiovascular outcomes.

Boilerplate

BaselineBody is a daily health app for iPhone that handles your baseline body work: mobility, strength, and breathwork in one session, built for you automatically. There is nothing to choose, plan, or browse. You open the app, press start, and the system builds your session based on evidence-based minimum effective doses. No account needed. No equipment needed. $9.99 USD/year. Launching May 2026.

Story Angles

The health app that doesn't make you choose your workout.
No library, no plans, no browsing. You open it, press start, and the system decides. It's built on the idea that every fitness app you've abandoned failed for the same reason: choosing is exhausting.

The fitness app that tells you when to stop, not when to start.
Every exercise in BaselineBody has a researched minimum effective dose. Hit it and you're done. The science says short and frequent beats long and rare. BaselineBody is built around that.

The fitness app that costs less per year than most charge per month.
A breathwork app costs ~$130/yr. A mobility app costs ~$108/yr. A bodyweight app costs ~$80/yr. BaselineBody includes all three for $9.99/year. No VC funding, no servers, no bloated team. That's the actual price.

The fitness app that removed everything.
No streaks. No leaderboards. No notifications. No social features. No workout library. No account. BaselineBody stripped out every engagement mechanic the industry relies on and shipped something that just works.
